Learning Outcomes
The educational goals of the Master’s Program in Pharmacy are to produce graduates who can apply their knowledge in society to enhance the nation’s prosperity based on ethics and morals, and whose expertise is recognized nationally and internationally.
The Master’s Program in Pharmacy at Bhakti Kencana University’s Faculty of Pharmacy aims to produce graduates who will be absorbed into the market at the national or regional level. Graduates of the Master’s Program in Pharmacy will become educators, researchers in research institutions or universities, pharmaceutical consultants in pharmaceutical facilities, and entrepreneurs in natural materials.
Attitude
Every graduate of academic, vocational, and professional education programs must possess the following Attitude Aspects:
- Reverence to God Almighty and able to demonstrate religious attitudes.
- Upholding the values of humanity in performing tasks based on religion, morals, and ethics.

Every master’s graduate has the following Knowledge Aspects:
- Capable of solving scientific and technological problems in the pharmaceutical field using interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary approaches based on theoretical concepts of pharmaceutical sciences and health to improve human quality of life.
- Able to identify, analyze, and formulate problem-solving strategies in the development and use of pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical work to improve human quality of life.
General Skills
Every master’s graduate possesses the following General Skills Aspects:
- Capable of developing logical, critical, systematic, and creative thinking through scientific research, creation of designs or artworks in the field of science and technology, applying humanistic values according to their field of expertise, drafting scientific concepts and study results based on scientific rules, procedures, and ethics in the form of a thesis or equivalent form, and uploading it on the university’s website, as well as papers published in accredited scientific journals or accepted in international journals.
- Able to validate academic or expert studies according to their expertise in solving problems in relevant society or industry through knowledge and expertise development.
- Capable of formulating ideas, thoughts, and scientific arguments responsibly and based on academic ethics, and communicating them through media to academic and wider communities.
- Able to identify the scientific fields that are the object of their research and position them on a research map developed through interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary approaches.
- Able to make decisions in the context of solving problems in the development of science and technology, considering and applying humanistic values based on analysis or experimental studies of information and data.

Specialized Skills
Every master’s graduate has the following Specialized Skills Aspects:
- Capable of developing pharmaceutical science and technology in terms of pharmaceutical preparations covering medicinal materials, drugs, traditional medicines, and health-related products (food and beverage, medical devices, and diagnostics), as well as pharmaceutical services through innovative and applicable research, gaining national and international recognition.
- Capable of managing basic and applied research programs in pharmaceuticals using science and technology to build research networks at the national and international levels.
